Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish due to lighting and handcrafted manufacturing processes.
  • Custom-made or personalised products.

Refunds & Replacements

Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
